Meet Our Team
Sandy Redden
Sandy has worked in the Plumbing and HVAC field for over 45 years. He started Redden Plumbing in 1988 and has built a reputation of hard work, honesty, and true service for Roswell and it’s surrounding areas. Redden Plumbing and Mechanical, Inc. has expanded it’s business from primarily Plumbing to include HVAC, water treatment, gas, new construction and commercial. Roswell has been home for Sandy his wife Carri, and their two girls Molly and Hannah for over 30 years. 
Zackery McPherson
Zack is our Lead HVAC Technician and Journeyman Plumber. He served in the Army for 6 years before deciding to change his career path. He and his wife, Hannah and their daughter, moved from Georgia to go to work for RPM. In Roswell, he graduated from ENMU-R with an Associate’s in Heating & Cooling, and continued studying to obtain his Journeyman Plumber license. He has grown the HVAC side of RPM exponentially since he arrived in 2009. Zack enjoys attending local concerts and hunting when he isn’t working.
Travis Jennings
Travis is our Lead Journeyman Plumber, who has been with RPM for over 5 years. He and his wife, LaDonna and their two boys have lived in Roswell for over 30 years. Travis worked in the Mechanical Aviation areas before coming on board at RPM in 2013. Travis is a true craftsman with his work and is adored by all of his customers. His ability to troubleshoot mechanical issues is amazing!
Nathaniel Ramirez
Nate is our Shop Manager at RPM. Since coming on board in 2014, he has shown remarkable abilities in organization, preparation, with a business operational understanding. Nate graduated from Goddard High School and acquired his Associate’s in Heating & Cooling from ENMU-R. He is a lifetime Roswell resident, and enjoys his family and hunting. Nate is a top notch employee who exudes responsibility and kindness.    
Richard Lara
Richard is currently working towards his Journeyman Plumber’s License as Travis’s assistant. He came to RPM in 2016 after working in the Oilfield for 10 years. He attended Eastern in Portales after graduating from Goddard in 1999. His wife, Tara is a teacher at Immanuel Lutheran, and together, they enjoy watching their 4 children play sports. 
Byron “Skeet” Chrisman
Skeet is our Master Sheetmetal Fabricator at RPM. Skeet has been working in the HVAC field for over 28 years. He has an astounding ability to build anything out of sheet metal; he is truly a craftsman. We are so blessed to have him as part of our team, as his knowledge gives us the opportunity to provide hand-built items right here at RPM. Skeet’s pride and joy are his grandchildren, whom he spends much of his downtime with.
Hannah McPherson
Hannah is our Office Manager, Dispatcher, Bookkeeper, and wearer of many hats. She has been running RPM for the past 10 years, and without her, RPM would be chaos! She graduated from Texas Tech University with a Bachelor of Science in Human Development, but always knew she would be back home in Roswell. Hannah and Zack have taken RPM into the next generation and have helped grow the business immensely. They are proud parents of a 10 year old who is a designer for her own line of T-shirts!
